  1. In the context of Operation Sindoor and it’s continued fight against cross-border terrorism, India has launched seven all-party delegations comprised of the members of Parliament from various political parties demonstrating India's national consensus and resolute approach towards combating terrorism. The delegations are travelling to key partner countries, including Latvia, carrying forth to the world India’s united stand and strong message of “zero-tolerance towards terrorism in all its forms” and the steadfast resolution defined in India’s new doctrine for countering terrorism, its supporters and the perpetrators of cross-border terrorism.

  1. The delegation visiting Latvia comprises of the Members of Parliament Hon’ble Ms. Kanimozhi Karunanidhi (leader), Hon’ble Mr. Rajeev Rai, Hon’ble Capt. Brijesh Chowta, Hon’ble Mr. Prem Chand Gupta, Hon’ble Dr. Ashok Kumar Mittal, and Ambassador (retd.) Manjeev Puri.
